Was the ebola virus let loose by a country to distract and derail our efforts to reshape the global order?

It’s sad and funny to watch Democrats and liberals say they are not going to celebrate the 250th anniversary of our country’s independance when I know they’ll be watching fireworks and eating grilled meats that day anyways. They practice symbolism over substance.
