I’m thankful that people seeking religious freedom dared to venture to an “unexplored” continent where they could worship and learn without a king or government telling them how to do it. And I’m thankful that those people worked with people so unlike them to survive and then thrive in their search for freedom.

I feel blessed to be a citizen of the country that grew from those efforts. God bless America!
